Avoid sleeping with makeup on as that will clog your pores resulting in an increased chance of breakouts and duller skin. A face wipe is a good option for cleaning your face as it’s easy to use and a good alternative to make up removers. If your face wash is drying out your skin, try mixing a gram of flour with water. This will exfoliate your skin as well as remove any dead cells accumulated on the skin.
Steam: Steam removes impurities deep in the skin and helps open up your pores, making your face glow. It also aids in the removal of blackheads since the steam will soften the pores, making it much easier to pop them. It also facilitates the reproduction of healthy skin cells through boosting blood circulation. Steaming your face at home is easy. Yogurt: Yogurt’s proteins, lactic acid and enzymes soothe and cleanse skin, making it smooth and soft. You can combine it with lemon and honey to make an exfoliating mask or massage a tablespoon of yogurt into the face to cleanse it. The enzymes will remove the skin and help in the production of new skin, making it smooth and glowing.
